Omar Strasky welcomes you warmly on the homepage of the STROMA Vacanze Toscana, his door to Chianni and Terricciola in the province Pisa, Italy. Here in Chianni (Pi) and in Terricciola (Pi) are his selected vacation homes, holiday houses and mansions, here he provides it for his guests with winetastings, cook, rentable mountain and speedbikes, honey samples, golf, flying, riding, walking and culture. The famous places such as Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are all attainable within an approximate hour by car from Chianni and Terricciola. The beach is about 45 minutes away. Those who would not only like to have searesort holidays, are better served in Chianni - specially what the price is concerned. Chianni offers a lot for the individual character. the "Italianità" yet isn't lost - a coffee on the Piazza costs still only 90 cents - and what a coffee! The vacation homes, holiday houses and mansions are all well equipped and their character corresponds to a good, favourable price. In the year 1989 Omar Strasky began, in co-operation with " Comune di Chianni" to develop a tourism project, when Chianni was still another ailing small farmer's village. Services weren't almost available or not accessible. The goal was, to bring the beautiful landscape of Chianni and Terricciola close to foreign guests without them having to spend a lot of time searching. Thus Chianni developped to a beautiful center, where there are two bars, four beautiful restaurants, fashion shops and purchase shops of all kinds. Still important is the personal contact between the guests and the friendly natives. The idea is the recovery and the experience TUSCANY. So, all houses are equipped with referred beds at the arrival of the guests, for children there are toys, stands and babybeds free of charge to be ordered. As well you can order firewood, so that your fire-places can deliver beautiful warmth. My experienced phantastic cook can provide for culinary high points at your house , if you like!

In order to have more flexibility with the planning of your vacation, to avoid queues and traffic jams which show up unfortunately ever more frequently  STROMA Vacanze Toscana refrains from demanding a mandatory arrival or departure on the weekends - you can select the travel days freely - you  simply stay for at least a whole week or more; the price of the vacation home, that of holiday house or the mansion is calculated according  the occupied days.
