It is situated about 1 mile out of Chianni in a safe area and can be reached over approximately 400 yds of gravelled road. (Nearby is the object Pié di Gambuoi).

- the livingroom and the kitchen are combined, there is a very efficient fireplace.

The upper floor is not available.
