This building is situated about 1 mile southwest out of Chianni, its access is via a dirt road of about 700 yds.
It is attached to other buildings and it has its own garden in the middle of the green.
The first floor has the kitchen and the livingroom (here above) with an open fireplace, as well as the full bath with shower, washbasin and toilet.
A total of three bedrooms are available on the second floor, one of these is with a single bed, one with two beds put together and one with a double bed - there also is a toilet.
In the cellar: the washing machine, lavatory for linen and the emergency water tank.
The garden is equipped with a hammock and a very small pool wit a size of 163"x85"x31"
