This very well equipped villa is standing completely alone on top of a hill with a marvellous panoramic view - comfortable to your exclusive use, with excellent privacy - in a safe neighborhood.

Approximately 5 miles out of Chianni, the paved road runs directly to it, the gravel road starts just after the automatic gate.

The satellite picture below shows the excellent privacy this location offers: the house on the left side is under restoration, Poderino II is the complex on the right with main house, pool, and barn/garage.

ground floor:
entrance hall with staircase,
very spacious living room with open fireplace, satellite TV; open dining room with kitchen;
guest - bathroom with toilet, bidet and washbasin, technical room containing the heating and the washingmachine.
