This very nicely restored building has a marvellous view onto three sides. It is the last one of a row of a few that form the village of San Frediano. The side towards nothwest shows a breathtaking view over the sea until the gulf of La Spezia, the southeast looks onto the private pool inmidst an olive grove.
Its rooms are kept simple, basically their beauty is determined by the choice of only a few colors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, they are seperate rooms though.
It offers to be an excellent base for daily trips in all directions.
