Booking procedure:


Coronavirus Issues 2020:
if you are unable to arrive due to Coronavirus limitations, your booking will be fully refunded.

your mail requesting a booking (click on the stroma logo on top of the page!) or a simple mail indicating the requested period will be answered by us in person with the requested information as well with a listing of the cost for the requested period.
- this is NOT an automated process!

First come  - First served.

You will confirm your intention to book by sending 30% of the entire booking cost non refundable following the instructions in the e-mail.
We do NOT issue a formal rental contract  - by issuing the booking confirmation you agree to have read the rental conditions. (see them here)
Our mail traffic and the receipts of your payments to stroma vacanze toscana are valid proof.

At the arrival on location the holder of the rental will sign a checkin-form issued in his name which is also the receipt for the deposited cautionary amounts in CASH.
Upon departure the cautionary deposit will be handed back after a check of the status of the location and the energy comsumption's totals are computed and paid for.

The entire price of the booking must be paid within ONE month before arrival otherwise we have to assume that the booking will NOT take place. In this case, the booking confirmation decays without refund.

Local support:

stroma provides local support for their guests - this can be done by telephone or in person. Ask stroma about it at your arrival
